The Condos

This building on Main Street in Frankfort, MI, houses three distinct units, each offering its own unique experience. Units 1 and 2 are nearly identical in layout, with mirrored floor plans and personalized decor touches. Unit 3 occupies the entire top floor, providing a spacious, private retreat with elevated views and enhanced privacy.

Unit 1, boasting two bedrooms and a full bath, comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, ideal for intimate gatherings or family vacations

Unit 2, also with two bedrooms and a full bath; sleeps up to eight guests with a king bed, queen bed, full bed, and a queen pull out couch.

Please note that our rentals are weekly during peak season in July & August with turn overs on Fridays.

June & September have a four night minimum.

The rest of the year, there is a three night minimum.

Booking Process

Once you inquire about your desired dates, the property manager will confirm your reservation and send you an invoice. 50% of the total is due at the time of booking. If we do not receive payment within 10 days of the dated invoice, Betsie Harbor Lodging has the right to terminate your reservation and book the next guest. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are booking a reservation less than 30 days from your arrival, the total amount is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All payments made are non-refundable.

Pet Policy

Although we love our furry friends, we kindly ask that you do not bring them with you on this trip.

I feel Julie is responsive and helpful. The space was well stocked with everything we needed as well as a comfortable place to come back to after a day out.   • A great place in the quiet town of Frankfort. Right in the center of town, but incredibly quiet. Super clean and great communication. This was our first visit to NW Michigan, but not the last. Would certainly return to Betsie Harbor Lodging when we come back.
